1. Who we are

This Site is the personal website of Lawrence Law, a registered estate negotiator (REN 26610) practising in Malaysia under the oversight of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEA). Services for property buyers are provided at no charge to the buyer; remuneration is received from developers or as otherwise provided by law and industry practice.

2. Information, not advice

• All content on this Site — including articles, videos, area guides and property listings — is provided for general information only. It is not financial, investment or legal advice.
• Property purchase involves significant financial commitment. Always verify current facts (prices, loan terms, government policies, taxes and exemptions) with the relevant bank, lawyer, developer or authority before making decisions.
• Market commentary reflects personal views at the time of writing and may become outdated.

3. Property listings

• Prices shown (e.g. “From RM …”), maintenance rates, estimated monthly instalments, land sizes and completion dates are indicative, provided by developers, and subject to change or withdrawal without notice;
• Estimated monthly instalments are illustrations only and do not constitute a loan offer; actual financing depends on bank approval and your personal circumstances;
• Images may include artist's impressions. The Sale and Purchase Agreement and its schedules are the only binding description of any property.

4. No client relationship by browsing

Browsing this Site or reading its content does not create an agent–client engagement. An engagement arises only when both parties expressly agree to work together on a specific transaction.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this Site (text, articles, graphics and the Lawrence Law Property™ name and logo) belongs to Lawrence Law Property. You may share links to this Site freely; do not reproduce substantial parts of its content for commercial use without permission.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, social media, developer pages). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawrence Law Property shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Site's content or from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
