Before you reach out
Do you charge for consultation?
No. Early consultation, loan pre-assessment and project comparison are all free. My income comes from developer commission — buyers don’t pay me anything.
Will you keep pushing me to buy?
No. My approach is to give you the information and analysis; whether and when to buy is your decision. Buyers who are genuinely ready come back on their own — a sale forced out never lasts.
I’m out of state / overseas — can we consult remotely?
Yes. Video-call project briefings, remote comparisons and arranging viewings on your behalf all work — many of my Johor and Penang clients, and those based in Singapore, work with me this way.
